Our customers' satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a full refund for unused and unopened products, and a partial refund for items with missing packaging. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we do not accept returns for customized products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Our custom products come with a 1-year warranty, while our lighting collection is covered by a 2-year warranty. It's important to handle products under warranty with care. If you notice any visible defects upon arrival, please take photos and send them to us. We'll promptly respond to resolve any issues.
